At Solar Zatka (Umiya Multitech & Control India), we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components are intact and included.
  • The product has a valid manufacturing defect verified by our technical team.
  • The original invoice or order confirmation is presented at the time of return.
  • The product has not been installed, energized, modified, or tampered with in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or electrically energized.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence by the buyer.
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Accessories such as wires, connectors, clamps, or consumable parts that have been opened or used.
  • Custom-built or specially configured machines manufactured per buyer specifications.
  • Products returned without prior written approval (Return Merchandise Authorization – RMA).
  • Products whose serial numbers have been removed, defaced, or altered.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received at our facility and inspected by our technical team:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or original debit/credit card).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong product shipment.
  • GST will be refunded as per applicable government rules and regulations.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 99256 44131) or email (info@umiyamultitech.com).
  2. Provide your order number, clear photographs or videos of the issue, and a description of the reason for return.
  3. Our technical team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our Ahmedabad address, with the RMA number clearly written on the outer box.
  5. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong shipment on our part, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
  • For all other eligible returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Product is returned with missing accessories or components.
  • Product shows signs of use but is still eligible for return under special consideration.
  • The defect is partial and only certain components need to be replaced.
