This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders can be cancelled and the applicable refund process for Solar Zatka products purchased from our website.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their order under the following conditions:

a) Before Order Processing (Within 2 Hours of Placing Order)

  • Cancellation is accepted without any charges.
  • A 100% full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

b) After Processing, Before Dispatch

  • Cancellation may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • A refund will be issued minus applicable payment processing or handling charges.
  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone for the fastest resolution.

c) After Dispatch / Product In-Transit

  • Cancellation is not accepted once the product has been shipped.
  • You may refuse delivery at your door or follow our Return Policy after receiving the product.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.

d) Custom / Made-to-Order Products

  • Orders for custom-built or specially configured Solar Zatka machines cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production is initiated immediately.
  • No refund will be issued for cancelled custom orders.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us immediately through any of the following methods:

Please provide your order number, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation by Solar Zatka

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable.
  • A suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is detected.
  • An error in product pricing or listing is identified.
  • Delivery to the provided address is not feasible.
  • Payment could not be verified or confirmed.

In all such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and you will be notified via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

4. Refund Timeline for Cancellations

  • Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).
  • Bank processing time may add an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
