This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver Solar Zatka machines and accessories to customers across India.


1. Shipping Coverage

We ship Solar Zatka products to all states and union territories of India. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you require delivery to a remote or difficult-to-access location, please contact us before placing your order to confirm serviceability.


2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). The following timelines apply:

  • Solar Zatka Machine (standard models): Processing in 2–4 business days; delivery in 5–10 business days.
  • Accessories & Spare Parts: Processing in 1–2 business days; delivery in 3–7 business days.
  • Custom / Bulk Orders: Processing in 7–15 business days; delivery as mutually agreed upon.
  • Remote or Hilly Areas: Processing in 2–4 business days; delivery may take 10–15 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and the delivery location.
  • Applicable charges are displayed at the checkout page before payment is completed.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time — please check our website for current offers.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders may qualify for special freight rates. Please contact us directly to discuss.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment status in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.


5. Packaging

Solar Zatka machines are heavy electrical equipment and are packaged with care using shock-resistant and protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging before accepting delivery from the courier.


6. Damaged in Transit

If your product is damaged during transit, please follow the steps below:

  • If the outer packaging is visibly and severely damaged at the time of delivery, refuse the delivery and note the reason with the courier representative.
  • If damage is discovered after opening the package, take clear photographs and/or videos of the damage immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the evidence of damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you for confirmed transit damage cases.

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Natural calamities, floods, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Public holidays or bandh situations.
  • Logistical issues at the courier partner’s end.
  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the situation at the earliest.


8. Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, a re-delivery attempt may be made. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
